Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

This notice has been prepared by VOIPTREK FİXNET TELEKOMÜNİKASYON LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("VoipTrek"), acting as data controller, to fulfil its obligation to inform under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") regarding the processing of your personal data.

1. Personal data processed

• Identity data (full name, Turkish ID number, copy of identity document)
• Contact data (phone, e-mail, address)
• Subscription and billing data
• Traffic data (calling/called numbers, call date and duration)
• Call recordings, where enabled upon request

2. Purposes and legal bases of processing

Your personal data is processed on the legal bases of establishment and performance of the subscription agreement (KVKK art. 5/2-c), compliance with legal obligations (art. 5/2-ç), establishment and protection of rights (art. 5/2-e) and legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f); for the purposes of service delivery, identity verification, billing, technical support and statutory retention/reporting obligations.

3. Transfers

Your data may be transferred, strictly for the purposes above, to authorized public institutions, to licensed operators we interconnect with, and to data center/IT suppliers we use. Any cross-border transfer complies with the conditions of KVKK art. 9.

4. Collection method

Data is collected electronically through application forms, the subscription agreement, the e-Government approval process, the service panel and call systems.

5. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and request information,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with it,
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• To request deletion/destruction within the framework of KVKK art. 7,
• To request notification of these operations to third parties to whom data was transferred,
• To object to results produced exclusively by automated analysis that are unfavourable to you,
• To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

6. Applications

You may submit your requests, together with documents verifying your identity, to info@voiptrek.com.tr or in writing to Büyükdere Cad. No: 199, Levent Plaza, Kat: 5, Şişli / İstanbul. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
