Terms of Service

These terms set out the general framework for the use of services provided by VOIPTREK FİXNET TELEKOMÜNİKASYON LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("VoipTrek"). By subscribing to the services you accept these terms and the subscription agreement.
1. Scope of service
VoipTrek provides SIP trunking, virtual numbers, cloud PBX and call center infrastructure services. The scope of service is limited to the selected plan and the conditions set out in the subscription agreement.
2. Subscription and identity verification
As required by regulation, subscription begins after verification of identity and/or company documents. The subscriber warrants that the information provided is accurate and up to date, and must notify us of changes within 15 days.
3. Fees and payment
- Billing is per-minute; rates are listed on the pricing page and in the subscription agreement.
- Invoices are issued monthly; service may be suspended for invoices unpaid past the due date.
- Rate changes are notified to subscribers at least 30 days in advance.
4. Subscriber obligations
- Use the service in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy,
- Protect SIP credentials and panel passwords; report any suspected compromise immediately,
- Comply with the obligation to inform the other party on lines where call recording is enabled,
- Not resell the service to third parties without VoipTrek's written consent.
5. Service continuity and limitation of liability
VoipTrek targets 99.9% service continuity; planned maintenance is announced in advance. VoipTrek cannot be held liable for damages arising from force majeure, subscriber-side failures or third-party network outages. In any case, VoipTrek's liability is limited to the service fee for the relevant month.
6. Suspension and termination
In case of abuse, non-payment or breach of regulations, the service may be suspended or terminated with prior notice (immediately in urgent cases). The subscriber may terminate at any time; fees for the period used remain payable.
7. Disputes
The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Center) have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms; for consumer transactions, the right to apply to consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts is reserved.
